Resources on EducationMillennial Student Project
The Multicultural Affairs and Student Success office is conducting a 4-year study following the class of 2009, assessing students' perspectives on diversity and following their development. Current and incoming students - the Millennials - are more diverse and have been exposed to diversity differently than previous generations of students. Their experiences with diversity before arriving on campus and during their college career have in turn influenced the campus climate. Consequently, higher education is presented with the challenge to reshape diversity programming and policies to accommodate these emerging differences. |
